Today we went on another group excursion with the Econ class to Arc de Triomphe. When we got off the train we got some lunch at this sandwich cafe. I got a chicken sandwich and fries and it was delicious. To get to the arc we had to go under a tunnel because the arc is in the center of a 6 stop round about so it would’ve been dangerous trying to cross. We walked 280 steps to the very top of the arc and the view was amazing. You could see the Effile tower and all the other beautiful buildings, it was really nice. After that we went to the Beaugrenelle shopping mall. The outside was very pretty, they had a lot lot of security though so that was kind of weird because in every store there were about 5-6 security guards and i felt they were following us in certain stores. I did find some cute stuff in the mall but they didn’t have that many stores so try to go to another mall if you want to shop in Paris.
