OMG! Today I left for Paris! I have always dreamed of the day I could actually say that! I haven't been able to sleep the past 2 nights from being so anxious about the trip! The hardest part about preparing was packing a *light* bag. (haha) After arriving to the Detroit airport for our layover, and preparing for the 6.5hr plane ride to Paris, I was thrilled. Being my 3rd time on a flight, ever, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It went pretty smooth for the most part. When the pilot said "prepare for landing" I knew from that moment, I would be living a dream. I stepped off the plane, into the city and was amazed. I couldn't wait to travel the streets, meet new people, and begin a new journey on life.
