Today
I woke up in a great mood; excited about visiting the Eiffel Tower today! Dr. V
had planned an entire day of festivities for our Marketing Class. We went to a
fashion show, on a river cruise, and to the Eiffel Tower. Being a photographer,
I had the perfect seat right next to the stage at the fashion show where I
could get shots of them as soon as they walk out from the back. Afterwards we
were able to shop on our own for about an hour. I got a chance to go to the
Louis Vuitton store and look at a few items. After meeting back up at 4:30 we
then hopped back on the Metro and headed to the river cruise over by the Eiffel
Tower that was scheduled for us. The boat was really nice with rooftop seating.
It was really hot at first but cooled down fairly quickly. It took us through
many districts and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. Lastly, we toured the
Eiffel Tower and had a blast. Ending the night with friends made it all
worthwhile.
