Paris day 4

Day 4 of Paris was so much fun! We went to the fashion museum in the morning and it was awesome. I actually had a class at my home school where we studied the history of dress and how it evolved with time and that museum basically summed up what we talked about in class. I loved looking at the garments that were worn by such fabulous fashion icons such as Audrey Hepburn. Also the museum featured the items that were designed for the Vouge Paris fashion show 2016 and they had them featured next to the items they were inspired by. You couldn't take picture in the museum but I wish you could have.  After the museum we went to have some lunch at Paul our favorite spot in Paris. We went to the Lourve museum and took photos and walked around this cute little carnival that they had set up. We then walked to the Tower Eiffel to meet the group to go up the tower. Walking up the stairs was tough but so worth it. VIEWS MAN. We only made it to pier two, but thats okay because I will be back. We then realized that the short walk we took actually wasn't that short, it was quite long. After we walked the tower we had a river cruise and saw some cute bridges up close that Paris has to offer. Then we had dinner and realized that the Arc de Triumph closed soon. We literally got off the subway and ran to the arc only to find out it had closed. I was bummed, but after a pep talk from Sierra and Mace we realized that France had won the game and the French were celebrating around the Champs-Elysees and we were right in the middle of it. They were riding around the Arc honking, waving the flag, and chanting. People were everywhere and singing all these songs in French. It was so cool to be surrounded by this culture because things like this don't typically happen in the US.  People were going crazy with fireworks, smoke bombs, and flags; the news crew was even there recording. It was one of the best nights of my life (other than the Moulin Rouge). VIVA LA FRANCE
